CTS LanguageLink is looking for telephonic interpreters for all languages and hours. They are looking for energetic people with a desire to succeed. You must have a dedicated landline, and will be asked to pass an English proficiency test and a target language proficiency test. You must also have a minimum of two years telephonic interpreting experience.
If you are bi-lingual, this would be a great job especially if you have done some interpreting in the past.

Answering calls and coordinating job requests for customers while providing telephone customer support services by performing the following duties:
• Take incoming calls from customers needing interpreters for appointments
• Answer multi-line phone system
• Data entry of job request information into company database
• Responsible for coordinating (available interpreters) to fill assignments and provide them with all needed information (job number, location, client, etc.)
• Complaint resolution
